Acreage Demolition- As older buildings become unsafe or no longer needed and must be destroyed, we can help. No matter how big or small we have the right equipment to get the job done. Depending on what suites you best we can simply crush into a pile for burning, bury or in most cases haul away to the city dump. Our contacts allow us to remove a house in its entirety. Wood, insulation, concrete, shingles, its all able to go in the same load allowing us more time to crush and compact. This makes our jobs faster and cheaper for you our customers.
Excavation- With any project, the ground work is the key. If the site is not uniformly level it can add cost and time to any build. That's why our site excavations are typically +/- 1 inch. our excavators all have smooth edge buckets to allow our grading to be the flattest and most consistent working areas for your crews. When digging for foundations we use a rotary self leveling laser with a man checking grad every scoop to guarantee accuracy. With this method we can dig a 1400 sq/ft foundation 3 metres deep with a 2 metre over cut in length and width in 10 hours. Typically in 1 day your ready for cribbers and concrete. In the winter we can even setup for the final cut to grad moments before the concrete gets to site so there's no frost in the ground. This makes the concrete set properly and life easier for the cribbers.
